Henkel Teroson formed a Joint Venture with Anand Group company (New Delhi) to form a new company Henkel India Teroson; products: adhesive technologies and sealants for the automotive industry, one of Henkel’s key businesses to this day not only in India but also globally. The company was renamed as Henkel Anand India Pvt. Ltd. in 2015.
