What makes you a good fit
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the furniture and building industry, with a passion for building strong customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative mindset, focused on finding mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ACE-SAP preferred) and sales processes, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Technical knowledge of adhesives or similar products is an advantage, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
- A willingness to travel throughout the UK.
- An interest in how things are manufactured and supporting customers with on-site advice
