What you'll do
- Development and execution of an aligned global/regional/local key account strategy (short-, mid-, and long-term).
- Leadership, coaching, and development of the Key Account team.
- Achievement of sales plans and KPIs.
- Building and nurturing sustainable, long-term relationships with key accounts; negotiating and securing international/annual key account contracts.
- Financial KPI analysis and proactive steering of key account business.
- Creation and presentation of promo proposals for key brands.
- Execution of special brand activities.
- Establishment and maintenance of strong communication with the marketing/trade marketing team.
- Management and growth of the E-Commerce channel.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Proven working experience for at least 3-5 years in a similar position in FMCG.
- 2-4 years of experience as Senior KAM or KAM.
- Languages: English and Russian - Advanced level
- Advanced Microsoft Office user (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong analytical skills accompanied by a data-driven thinking mindset.
- Outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach on a day-to-day basis.
- Personal & Leadership Skills & Competencies: Business Development, Stress Management, Networking/Communication skills, Sales Forecasting, Digitalization Understanding of alternatives
- KPI Performance: OSG, NES Sell-Out, Market Share, L6, Trade Investment, %, Launch/Relaunch Tracking Performance, GP1, Sell-In
