About this Position
As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for executing local sales plans and strategies to drive growth within your assigned territory. What you'll do will involve maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, while actively acquiring new customers to expand the business. You will work closely with both the technical customer service team and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.
What you´ll do
- Execute local sales plans and strategies in alignment with the SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing relationships and acquire new customers.
- Meet sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % / GP %) within the assigned territory, coordinating with technical customer service to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Ensure excellence in execution at points of sale; oversee merchandising and brand representation in stores and salons, conducting regular market or store visits.
- Follow up on store implementation, promotions, in-store stock levels, and identify gaps.
- Take and process customer orders, negotiate customer agreements, and handle administrative tasks related to reporting and contract management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
- Background in the hardware or construction industry.
- Experience in retail or channel sales.
